1. Definition of “Personal Data”
Personal data refers to all kinds of information belonging to identified or identifiable natural persons by Article 3/I(d) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"). 2. Basic Concepts Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
KVK Law art. Under Article 3/I(e), processing of personal data means obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, and disclosing personal data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system; it refers to any action that can be performed on personal data, such as transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing its use.

Legal Reasons for Collection and Processing of Personal Data.
Your data is processed in line with the purposes mentioned above and in full compliance with the principles set out in the Law to fulfill Climpach's committed obligations under the contractual terms and conditions and by its rights and obligations regulated under the Law.
Personal data may be obtained from the individual data owner or third parties to whom the owner has given explicit consent. The personal data obtained can be processed by collection, recording, editing, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, use, transfer, deletion, destruction, and anonymization methods.
Personal data KVKK art. five and in case of one of the legitimate reasons listed in Article 6, they may be processed by one or more of the following methods without requiring the explicit consent of the data owner:

What is the purpose of the processed personal data being transferred at home and abroad?
Personal data is provided to business partners within the company, officials, employees, and legally authorized public institutions and private individuals. It can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law to determine and implement our company's service strategies and ensure the execution of our company's human resources policies.

Without prejudice to the cases where the KVKK or the relevant legislation requires the transfer of personal data to administrative and judicial institutions and organizations, the personal data of the relevant persons are not transferred by Climpach to other persons without the express consent of the appropriate person. Still, the matters listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK are not transferred. In cases where this is the case, your data will be transferred to the relevant institutions and organizations within the legal framework without requiring explicit consent due to reasons of compliance with the Law.

Climpach may transfer personal data abroad by taking the necessary security measures by the conditions stipulated in the KVKK and relevant legislation and by obtaining the explicit consent of the appropriate person. In cases where the express permission of the relevant person is not required, the country to which the personal data will be transferred must have the status of a "safe country" and whether it provides adequate protection. In cases where the country to which data is transferred is not considered safe by the Board, a data transfer protocol is signed with the Board's permission to ensure adequate protection.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of KVKK Law No. 6698
Only data of natural persons are protected under the Law. For this reason, the term "relevant person" is used in the Law to refer to the natural person whose personal data is processed. The person to be protected is the "natural person," as clearly stated in the definitions section of the regulation.
As personal data owners, relevant persons submit their requests regarding their rights to our company through the methods set out below in this information text, and our company will finalize the proposal free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee in the tariff determined by our company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;
