Any legal and criminal liability due to such use belongs to the Member.
1.c. In the case of using software that will threaten the general security of the site and prevent the operation of the site and the software used, activities are carried out or attempted to be carried out, and information is obtained, deleted, or changed.
1.d. If the Member/User uses Climpach, such as harming Climpach.com by taking advantage of any vulnerability of Climpach.com campaigns, sales system, or Website, gaining an unfair advantage, performing repeated practices, performing unrealistic acts, or taking advantage of these despite not meeting the conditions required in the campaign or sales conditions.
In case Climpach.com detects abuse of Climpach.com's campaigns, sales system, or Website, Climpach.com has all of its rights arising from the law, as well as canceling such transactions; terminate the user's membership; has the right to unilaterally remove the sales contract immediately.
2. Content Usage

3. Responsibilities

3.e. The Member cannot take any action that prevents or makes it difficult for other members and visitors to use the "Climpach.com" website and cannot load or force/lock the servers or databases with automatic programs. Cannot make fraudulent attempts to mislead the data. Otherwise, his membership will be terminated, and he accepts any legal or criminal liability that may arise from this situation.
3.f. The customer can cancel a membership and delete an account via Climpach.com. The authority of the user who terminates their membership to access the site will be revoked. The person who cancels his membership accepts that this action is irreversible.
3.g. Climpach.com is free to delete or not delete any records belonging to the member account terminated by Climpach.com or the Member himself; the Member cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding the deleted records.
3.h. The relationships of the site's members with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

The Member will compensate Climpach.com for any damages that it may incur due to its violation of the obligations undertaken by this agreement, and Climpach.com will be responsible for any compensation and administrative damages that the Member may have to pay to public institutions and third parties due to the Member's violation of the contract. / has the same right of recourse against the Member for judicial fines.
4. Rights and Obligations of Climpach.com
4.a. Climpach.com accepts and undertakes that the Member will benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical malfunctions. That information other than the Member's personal information will not be shared with third parties or organizations in any way except for legal obligations. If it is determined that the Member has caused any electronic sabotage, attempts to interfere with earnings, and attacks that will prevent the operation of the Climpach.com site, or if a criminal complaint or official investigation request is received from the official authorities against the Member, Climpach.com will investigate the identity information of the relevant Member and has the right to explain.
4.b. Climpach.com may make unilateral changes to this agreement without any notice to ensure the continuity of its services. Climpach.com has the right to unilaterally stop the service it provides permanently or temporarily, change the content of the service, or cancel it at any time without giving any reason. The Member accepts these savings in advance. In this context, the Member/User may be informed, marketed, and provided by Climpach.com to him or her through automatic calling systems such as fax, e-mail, or text message, which work without human intervention, or through other means of communication, without any prior permission from the Member/User. Member/User may opt out of receiving electronic messages within the scope of these terms of use at any time without stating any reason. For this, it will be sufficient to call Climpach.com or send the request in this direction using the contact information in the message. “Climpach.com” will ensure that the withdrawal request is transmitted to it in an easy way and free of charge. Following receipt of the request, Climpach.com will immediately comply with it.
5. Entry into Force of the Agreement
From the moment the Member completes the registration process, he/she is deemed to have accepted the terms specified in this agreement, and this agreement has entered into force. The contract will automatically become void without the need for any warning upon termination of membership or any of the termination situations listed in this contract.
6. Integrity of the Agreement and Applicability
If one of the terms of this agreement becomes wholly or partially invalid, the remainder of the deal remains valid.
7. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
Izmir Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
8. Notification Addresses
The email address provided by the Member to Climpach.com is considered the email address where the legal address will be requested for any notifications regarding this agreement.
